1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using QuickClean ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and DevsLoop ("we", "us", "our").
2. Description of Service
QuickClean is an iOS application designed to help users clean, organize, and manage photos, videos, contacts, and device storage. The App provides the following services:
- AI-powered photo and video analysis (blurry, low light, similar, receipts)
- Storage management and visualization
- Media format conversion and compression
- Smart photo memories and collections
- Duplicate contact detection and merging
- Interactive swipe-based media cleanup
- Device health scoring and recommendations
3. User Accounts & Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. By using the App, you represent that you meet this age requirement. No account registration is required to use the basic features of the App. Premium features require an active subscription through Apple's App Store.
4. Subscriptions & Payments
4.1 Premium Plans
QuickClean offers the following subscription options:
- Weekly: Billed weekly with auto-renewal
- Monthly: Billed monthly with auto-renewal
- Lifetime: One-time purchase with perpetual access
4.2 Billing
All payments are processed through Apple's App Store. Subscription fees are charged to your Apple ID account at the time of purchase confirmation. Auto-renewable subscriptions renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
4.3 Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods. For refund requests, please contact Apple Support directly.
4.4 Free Trial
If a free trial is offered, you will not be charged during the trial period. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan.
5. User Responsibilities
When using QuickClean, you agree to:
- Use the App only for its intended purpose of managing personal media and storage
- Review items carefully before confirming deletion, as deleted items may not be recoverable
- Maintain appropriate backups of important data before using cleanup features
- Grant necessary permissions (Photos, Contacts) for the App to function properly
- Not reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the App
- Not use the App for any unlawful purpose
6. Data & Privacy
All media analysis (including AI-powered features such as blurry detection, similar photo grouping, and receipt recognition) is performed entirely on your device. We do not upload, store, or transmit your photos, videos, contacts, or any personal media to any external server.

7. Permissions
QuickClean requires the following device permissions to function:
- Photos Library: Required to browse, analyze, convert, compress, and manage your photos and videos
- Contacts: Required only for the duplicate contact detection and merging feature
You can manage these permissions at any time through your device's Settings app. Revoking permissions may limit the functionality of certain features.
8. Intellectual Property
The App, including its design, code, graphics, user interface, and all related intellectual property, is owned by DevsLoop and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that:
- The App will be error-free or uninterrupted
- AI-powered detection features will identify all relevant items with 100% accuracy
- Storage calculations will exactly match system-reported values in all cases
- Deleted items can be recovered after removal from the device
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DevsLoop shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of photos or videos, or device storage issues arising from the use of the App. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
11. Deletion & Data Loss
QuickClean provides tools to delete photos, videos, and other media from your device. By using these deletion features, you acknowledge that:
- Deleted items are moved to the "Recently Deleted" album in iOS Photos (where applicable) and may be permanently removed by the system after 30 days
- We strongly recommend reviewing all items before confirming deletion
- DevsLoop is not responsible for any unintended data loss resulting from use of the App
12. Third-Party Services
The App integrates with the following third-party services:
- Apple App Store: For distribution, payments, and subscription management
- RevenueCat: For subscription status management (no personal media data is shared)
13. Updates & Modifications
We may update the App from time to time to add features, fix bugs, or improve performance. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature at our discretion. We may also update these Terms; continued use of the App after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
14. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or our business interests.
15. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the use of the App shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of the jurisdiction in which DevsLoop operates.
